University Parkway TIF expanded by Resolution No. CO.R-10-19-014 by the Vanderburgh County Redevelopment Commission adopted & approved its Resolution No. 2019-VCRC-003 on August 26, 2019. On October 3, 2019 the Area Plan Commission of Evansville and Vanderburgh County adopted & approved its Resolution No. APC-2-2019. Dec 2020 the new St. Joe Industrial TIF was created, Oct 2022 the St Joe TIF boundary was corrected.
